However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any press on nails, adhesive tabs, or sizing sample packs that have been purchased. This policy is in place to ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety for all of our customers.
In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, we kindly ask that you email us at pressonnails@liliumstudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise so that we can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
