How to apply press on nails?

Nail adhesive tabs:
Start with clean hands and apply the nail tabs to your nails, peel off the protective film and apply the press on nail on the top.

Nail glue:
Start with clean hands apply one drop of nail glue to your natural nail, make sure you do not add too much. Press the false nail on top of your nail and hold for 10 seconds.

How to remove press on nails?

Nail adhesive tabs:
Soak your nails in water for 5-10 mins and gently pry off the nails with an orangewood stick.

Nail glue:
Soak the nails off with acetone.

Do press on nails damage your nails?

Press on nails do not damage your nails – it’s how you remove the nails!
Nail adhesive tabs are easy to remove and don’t damage your nails.
Nail glue is harder to remove – rushing removing nails applied with nail glue can cause harm.
If you are worried about damaging your nails, use nail adhesive tabs.

Should I use Glue or Adhesive tabs?

The adhesive tabs are geared more towards short-term wear, to re-using the nails multiple times. They do not hold as strongly as glue, but they can be removed from your nails in hot soapy water, and also peeled off from the back of the false nails afterward. So with tabs, you can wear them for a night out, then pop them off when you get home, and put them back in the box for next time.

If you prefer to wear them continuously, I always advise nail glue, as it is much stronger.

Are this nails reusable?

Yes, these nails are reusable if you use nail adhesive tabs – as you can just roll the nail adhesive tab off the false nail and wear them again.

How long does press on nails stay on?

Wearing time depends on how well you prepare your natural nails before applying the press on nails, your choice of adhesive, and how gentle you are with the nails. With adhesive tabs, you can wear nails for a few hours or days, it’s a perfect choice of adhesive for an event or night off. When you are looking for a longer-term – nail glue is your perfect option. You can enjoy your beautiful nails, for about 1 to 3 weeks.

How long before wedding should you get nails done?

Place an order for Press On Nails from our Wedding Collection a few months before your wedding and I will make sure that you will get them in time. Just don’t forget you write your Big Day date in a note to the seller section during checkout.

What if purchased set of nails don't fit?

Please kindly note, that I do not take any responsibility for the wrong measurements you sent me. I just working with provided sizes. You can purchase a sample sizing kit to measure nails or re-measure your nails following the instructions on our Shapes & Sizes page.

However, if it’s just a few nails that didn’t fit perfectly, you can purchase a few extra nails from me. Contact me and we will find a perfect solution.

Do Press On Nails stay on in the pool?
